Last one of the year!

Well, we finished up our family's birthdays for the year. Cara is now two and we did her party on Saturday. Tyler's mom and dad were down for the weekend. It was nice to have them here for it. We started out the day with some fun in the sprinkler.

Even Grandma and Grandpa joined in. Not too sure how Little Tyler felt about it, I think as long as it wasn't getting poured on him he was ok.

Then we had the birthday party, or as Cara calls it, dirtday. Brain, Kenna, Nicole, and Peter came again, And Leah was there. Cara picked out what cake she wanted this year. I was surprised when she chose the princess one over Dora. For presents she got and toy horse and wagon, she was given a Dora doll and new shoes, she also got several coloring books. It looked like her favorite part of the day was getting to hug everyone and tell them thank you.

Now we're done for the year! Time to recover before school starts.

Now Isha's B-day!

For Talisha's birthday she wanted to have a My Little Pony cake. We had plenty of people here. Tyler's mom, uncle, and grandma came, so did Penny and Jarrell, Leah was here, also Brian and Kenna. We had the usual balloons everywhere. She ended up with a lot of presents and I think she likes them all. We picked out some clothes for her, she got ponies, dress up stuff, and lots of other things.

4th

Well, the 4th went pretty good this year. We went to the street fair in Provo on the 3rd. The girls made a few crafts, and got their nails painted, Isha got her hair done. So on the 4th we did Chloe and Isha's hair the same way.

We didn't go to the Grand parade, that place is a zoo. You can't walk down the side walk, let alone get a stroller anywhere. We did go to the Children's Parade though and that worked out well. The girls got a lot of candy, but the parade itself was short. On the 4th we had dinner with some friends and watched fireworks. We watched to Stadium of Fire, but outside the stadium. Trying to get tickets for this year was all but impossible, or else you would end up taking out a loan to afford it. Miley Cyrus was one of the performers this year.

Saturday we went to Tyler's Aunt and Uncle's house, Tyler had to work so he didn't get to go. The girls liked playing in the pool. Cara stuck to the swing set most of the time. Little Tyler was passed around.

Little Tyler's First

So we cut Little Tyler's hair the other day. I didn't put anything up at first because you wouldn't know that it was cut if you didn't see him all the time. His hair was an inch and a half in some places, it's just really blonde, the reason it's so hard to tell a difference. But I've been asked to put pictures online. So I took some pictures, you can tell if you look close enough. Anyway! Here they are for your viewing pleasure.

Still here.

It's been a while since I've posted, so I thought I would just say that everything is still going here. Trying to get cars figured out and thing like that.

Chloe's 5th Birthday

Today was Chloe's 5th birthday. She chose to have a Hannah Montana theme party. It was the first time that she got to invite her friends to her party. So, we had Trevor and Chris, Tylee, Ashlyn, and Jase, and Madison. Then Tyler's mom, Aunt Dawn, Uncle JD, and Grandma Ross came. Also Matt, Brian, Peter, Kenna, and Nicole. We ended up with quite the turnout. As you can imagine, Chloe got quite a few presents as well. She loved all of them. Last night she realized some of the things that came along with getting older. Before bed she expressed how nervous she is about starting school. Hopefully as it gets closer to time she'll start to feel better about it. But all in all it was a really good day. The kids had a good time making door hangers and playing with the balloons, Tyler and I kept our sanity. Now just two left for the year.
